Subscriptions & purchases
Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Purchases are handled by the App Store.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary by country or region.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: open Settings → Delete account. You can also email us to request deletion.
